PUBLIC NOTICE
Of
Evendale Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting
The Board of Zoning Appeals shall consider two applications at a public meeting held at 7:30 PM on Monday, August 3, 2015 at Evendale Village Administration Office, 10500 Reading Road, Evendale, Ohio 45241.
1) An application for an appeal of a decision of the Building Commissioner has been filed for property located at 9693 Otterbein Road. The applicant is seeking a variance from the required ten foot side yard setback as set forth in Schedule 2146.07 of the Village of Evendale Zoning Code in the “R” Residential District. The purpose of this variance is to accommodate the construction of a carport that will encroach into the required ten foot side yard setback.
2) An application for a variance has been received for property located at 10825 Reading Road. The applicant is seeking a variance from the minimum lot size and side yard setback requirements of Schedule 1248.07 of the Village of Evendale Zoning Code in the “HC” Heavy Commercial District. The purpose of this variance is to allow a lot split in which one lot would be less than the minimum required two acres minimum lot area and the existing building would encroach into the required ten foot side yard setback.
